Common questions

Questions, answered plainly

The things people ask before opening an account, and the answers we would give on a call.

Is Fundorship legitimate? What you can check yourself

Is Fundorship a scam?

No, but do not take our word for it. Before you deposit anything, check three things: where client money is held, whether a payout returns to the method you paid with, and whether every cost is named before you confirm. All three are answered on this page, and you can hold us to them.

Is my money safe with Fundorship?

Client deposits sit in a segregated account apart from company funds with regulated partners, never used to run the business. That does not remove market risk, a position can lose value, and no honest broker will tell you otherwise.

Can I withdraw all my money anytime?

Yes. A payout returns to the same method you deposited with, normally within one business day once identity checks are complete. You do not have to explain why you are withdrawing.

Is Fundorship regulated in Canada?

Fundorship operates under CIRO oversight, with OSC rules applying to clients in Ontario. You can look up the licence yourself in the public register before you deposit a cent.

What is the catch, how does Fundorship earn?

From a commission on completed operations and from paid training, and from nothing else. We take no share of your deposit and we do not earn when a position loses. Every commission is shown before you confirm.

Questions investors ask us

How much money do I need to start investing?

You can open an account and make your first deposit starting at C$350. You can add more capital whenever you choose as your situation allows.

How do I know if Fundorship is regulated?

Fundorship is IIROC regulated and meets OSC standards, with segregated account protection and KYC verification built into every account. You can check regulatory status through the CIRO registry.

How long does it take to withdraw profits?

Request a withdrawal anytime from your dashboard. Funds return to your chosen deposit method subject to standard bank processing times, typically 2-5 business days.

What documents do I need to verify my account?

Standard KYC verification requires government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security. The process takes a few minutes.

Are there hidden fees on deposits and withdrawals?

No. All costs are shown before you commit - commission, spreads and any platform fees are transparent. CAD deposits and withdrawals are handled with no surprise charges.

Is investing safe for beginners in Canada?

Investing always involves risk, but beginners get support from a personal financial analyst. You'll learn about stocks, ETFs, GICs and asset allocation strategies with professional guidance throughout.

How do AI trading signals work exactly?

The platform uses technical analysis to generate buy and sell signals. Your analyst reviews each signal, explains the reasoning, and waits for your approval before any trade executes.

How do I log into Fundorship?

Visit the login page, enter your email and password, then complete two-factor authentication. You're then in your dashboard to review account statements, approve trades and request withdrawals.

What happens to my money if markets crash?

Your funds remain in a segregated account and are yours to control. Markets do fall, so capital can decline in value. Diversified asset allocation and passive income strategies help manage this risk.

How does a personal investment analyst help?

Your analyst designs a strategy based on your goals and risk tolerance, generates signals from technical analysis, and explains each trade before it happens. You remain in control.

Do I need experience to invest?

No experience needed. A dedicated financial analyst guides you from account setup through every strategy decision, so you can build passive income without prior market knowledge.

What is the minimum age to open a Fundorship account?

You must be at least 18 years old. KYC verification will confirm your age and identity as part of account setup.

Account, verification and security

Check the public register of the relevant Canadian regulator. Fundorship operates under CIRO and OSC oversight, and you can verify that licence yourself before depositing a cent.

How do I log in to my Fundorship account?

Use your registered email and password on the sign-in page, confirm the two-factor authentication code sent to your phone, and you are in. If you are locked out, reset your password or contact support.

Can I use the platform on my phone?

Yes, the trading platform runs in a mobile browser with nothing to install, so balances, positions and withdrawals are all available on the go.

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of some or all of the capital you invest. The value of investments can go down as well as up, and you may get back less than you put in. Do not invest money you cannot afford to lose.
